International Climate Fellowship (ICF)
The Greening Youth Foundation’s (GYF) mission is to engage under-represented youth and young adults while connecting them to the outdoors and careers in conservation. Over the past 20 years, GYF has recruited and managed thousands of college students, fellows, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals to work with federal agencies, non-profit organizations, and private companies.
Solar Technicians Training
Our Solar Technicians Training Program in Nigeria is specifically designed to empower underrepresented youth by providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue careers in the conservation and renewable energy sectors. This program not only promotes the transition to renewable energy in Nigeria but also aims to create a diverse and inclusive workforce in the conservation space.

Environmental Education
Our Environmental Education Program is designed to expose children to careers in conservation by incorporating sustainability and environmental science into their school curriculum. With the slogan “Nurturing young minds to grow into planet warriors through conservation and sustainability,” this program aims to foster a deep appreciation for the natural world and empower children to take active roles in protecting our planet. In addition to year-round curriculum integration, we also offer an annual summer camp program that provides immersive, hands-on experiences in nature.
